【摘要】口腔黏膜炎是癌症患者在接受化疗过程中极易出现的一种并发症，其发生率为50%-80%,给患者造成身心痛苦，使患者生理及心理上难以忍受，甚至对治疗失去信心，不仅影响治疗的顺利进行及效果，还影响患者的生存质量。因此，口腔黏膜炎的观察和护理，为预防和减少口腔黏膜炎发生提供科学依据，进而提高患者的生存质量。
