[摘􀀁 要]法官职业伦理是当前我国法官队伍建设的核心内容, 关系到司法公正的实现和法
治建设的进步。严格法官准入制度和遴选制度, 从源头上保证法官的高素质。改革法官职业伦理的监督和惩戒制度, 是法官职业伦理自律性要求。实现法官职业伦理的内化, 是法官职业化建设的最终追求。
