公共危机中的政府形象塑造研究2

摘 要：面对不断发生的公共危机，政府必须具有透明、责任和高效的形象。但由于现阶段我国政府 公关理念缺失、形象意识不足、与媒体沟通不畅等原因，严重制约着政府形象的建构，所以要 使公共危机治理更加顺利，必须通过设立专门的政府公关机构来处理公共危机，完善政府新闻 发布制度，建立政府与公众之间双向对等的沟通模式，注重公务员的德性建设，提高公务员素 质，培育以公共利益为出发点的危机治理理念等来提升政府形象，提高政府化解危机的能力。
