摘要
从上世纪90年代初期开始，我国证券市场在短短的十几年间蓬勃发展，走完了相当于_证券市场的百年历程。在取得巨大成就的同时，我们也应该清醒地看到，与成熟的证券市场相比，我们仍处于探索起步阶段，还存在许多问题亟待解决。其中，上市公司的股利政策就是一个值得我们关注的领域。
中国经济的腾飞发展，给中国的企业带来了挑战和机遇，随着所有权和经营权的分离，股东和经营者之间的利益矛盾便日益显现，股利政策便应运而生。股利分配政策是上市公司将税后收益在股东所得股利和留存收益之间进行合理配置的策略，是现代公司理财活动的三大核心之一，也是上市公司利润分配的核心。合理的股利分配政策有利于平衡股东的现期收益与公司未来的发展，有利于不同股东_之间的利益均衡，有利于上市公司和证券市场的健康发展；反之，不当的股利分配政策不仅无助于公司价值的提升，甚至还会使公司陷入财务困境，乃至破产倒闭。本文通过对生物医疗行业和电子信息行业进行分析，来探究生物医疗行业和电子信息行业在制定股利分配政策方面的不同。
本文分为五个部分。第一部分系统性的讲述了研究的背景及意义，并对相关的文献进行了综述，最后讲述了主要的思路和论文结构；第二部分进行了股利和股利政策的基本概述，先提出了股利的基本概念，然后重点阐述了股利支付的几种重要形式；第三部分讲述了股利政策的几种基本理论方法，包括股利无关论和股利相关论；第四部分阐述了影响股利分配政策的主要因素；第五部分对生物医

Reasonable dividend distribution policy is conducive to balance shareholders of current income with the companys future development, the balance of interests between the different shareholder groups, is conducive to the healthy development of listed companies and securities markets; improper dividend distribution policy is not only contribute to the enhancement of the value of the company, or even the company in financial trouble, and even bankruptcy. This paper to analyze the biomedical industry and the electronic information industry, to e*plore the different bio-medical industry and electronic information industry in the development of the dividend distribution policy.
This article is divided into five parts. The first part of a systematic about the background and significance of the study and the literature reviewed, and finally about the main ideas and thesis structure; the second part of the basic overview of dividends and dividend policy, first proposed a dividend basic concepts, then focuses on several important form of dividend payment; the third section describes some basic theories and methods of dividend policy, dividend irrelevance theory and dividend theory; the fourth section sets out the main factors affecting the dividend policy ; fifth part of the biomedical industry and the electronic information industry to analyze and draw conclusions.

1.1 研究背景及意义
随着中国经济的腾飞发展，我们进入了一个新的世纪，带给我们无限的商机，中国的企业也跨入了新时代，随着所有权和经营权的分离，股东和经营者之间的利益矛盾便日益显现，股利政策便应运而生。股利分配政策是上市公司将税后收益在股东所得股利和留存收益之间进行合理配置的策略，是现代公司理财活动的三大核心之一，也是上市公司利润分配的核心。合理的股利分配政策有利于平衡股东的现期收益与公司未来的发展，有利于不同股东_之间的利益均衡，有利于上市公司和证券市场的健康发展；反之，不当的股利分配政策不仅无助于公司价值的提升，甚至还会使公司陷入财务困境，乃至破产倒闭。因此，对这一问题进行探讨，具有深远的理论和现实意义。
