提高企业存货管理水平的研究

摘要：存货现象在现实生活中是一个普遍存在的现象，存货控制是企业加强管理的重要内容。随着目前市场竞争的不断加剧，原有的企业存货管理方式不论是在管理模式上还是在管理效果上都已经不能满足现今市场经济的要求。针对企业存货管理中现有的一些问题，本文从管理制度、信息管理、第三方物流的利用、先进的存货管理模式几方面做了相应研究，设计出了能够加强企业存货管理的对策模型，从而提高企业的存货管理水平及效率。
