随着经济和社会的发展，新闻的作用越来越大。新闻采访是新闻工作的重要环节，而新闻采访的成功与否，与采访前的准备工作密切相关。本文首先就一个成功的采访的标准进行了深入的分析，然后以这些标准为依据细致的研究了访前准备与采访成功的关系，并根据此分析提出了正确合理做好访前准备的建议和方法，为新闻工作者做好访前准备，成功进行采访提供了帮助和指导。

With the developing of economy and society , the news become more and more useful.News interview is a very important work of the news. Get ready for the news intervew are related with success of news interview.Fisrstly,this thesis analyes the standard of success of news intervew, then researched the relationship of preparative and news interview.
