论文：浅析中小型民营企业的人才管理
[摘要]
当前，民营经济在我国促进经济发展、科技创新、满足就业等方面正起着越来越重要的作用。但作为民营经济主体的民营企业，尤其是中小型民营企业在人力资源管理中尚存在着用人观念不正确、组织结构不完善等诸多问题，从而影响和制约其健康发展。这些问题主要源于民营企业家的自身素质与人本意识尚有待提高。因此应着重提高民营企业家的素质，完善企业组织结构，构建企业长远愿景，健全绩效考核、员工培训与薪酬管理等方面入手，从而提高中小型民营企业人力资源管理的水平。
