　　摘要
　　人力资源会计是会计学的一个新兴的重要分支学科。它是市场经济的产物。进入知识经济时代，人力资源成为知识经济时代的第一资源，人力资源会计的重要性也突兀而出。本文则以人力资源会计发展的必要性为出发点，阐述了人力资源会计的基本概念、成立的基础、计量内容、计量方法和信息披露，如何推进人力资源会计在我国的应用等问题，为全面认识人力资源会计提供相应的理论依据。
